There is ….

  1. Absolute assurance in the Kingdom. (Hebrews 9:11-15)

  2. Certain hope in the Kingdom. (Hebrews 6:13-20)

  3. Perfect peace in the Kingdom. (Ephesians 2:11-18)

  4. Real truth in the Kingdom. (Psalm 31:5; Isaiah 65:16)


GOING DEEPER
  1. Remember a time when you had the best of something. How did that feel and why?

  2. List five things that are terribly wrong with our world and contrast them with the kingdom of God.

  3. Read Isaiah 65. What insight does this bring us about the Kingdom?

  4. Read Revelation 21:1-9. What further insight can we gain from these verses?

  5. Thank God right now for his coming Kingdom and be as specific as possible.

Matthew 13:31-33

Growth in the Kingdom…

  1. Starts small.

  2. Increases exponentially.

  3. Is not always visible.

  4. Is always working.

  5. Is always intentional.


GOING DEEPER
  1. Remember a time when you had to grow something. Did it turn out well? Why or why not.

  2. Look back at your life of faith. Have you grown? How did it happen?

  3. Read 1 Peter 2:2,3; 2 Peter 2:18. What insight into our growth do these verses bring?

  4. What are some things you should be doing to make sure you are growing in your faith? Give some scripture references.

  5. Make a plan to begin to do those things and see if it doesn’t make a difference in your life!
