Read Matthew 6:25-34

Worrying is unfaithful because of our Lord. (vs. 25)
Worrying is unnecessary because of our Father. (vv. 26-30)
Worrying is unreasonable because of our faith. (vv. 31-33)
Worrying is unwise because of our future. (vs. 34)
Confession
You’re right, Jesus, I worry too much. I spend way too much energy worrying about “what if”, “how come”, “when”, and “why”. Instead, I should be resting in you. I am also way too focused on this life instead of the one to come. Help me, Jesus, to fear less and to trust more. To live in a state of contentment and certainty in you, your provision, your care, your love, and your incredible future for me.
