Conforming to the way means...

1. We conform to a new Kingdom. (Mark 1:15; Luke 17:20,21)

· With new values

· With a new mission and purpose

· With a new hope

2. We conform to a new King. (Romans 8:28-30)

· We submit to him

· We show him off

· We seek to be like him

3. We conform to a new code. (2 Timothy 3:16,17)

· Taught by the Spirit

· Taught by the Word

· Taught by life experience

All of this so that we can live in the Kingdom now, enjoy God and the abundant life he has given us.

Surrender

1. Jesus chose to live a surrendered life.

2. We can choose to live a surrendered life.

How do we do that?

3. First, let go of the lies.

4. Second, embrace suffering.

5. Third, change your perspective.

Then, as you are in the process of surrendering…

6. Invite others to witness your surrendered life.
