Read Hebrews 13:9-16


“Christ is unwavering and resolute for us so lets be steadfast for Him.” ~Asil Treblig


Be steadfast in Christ…


1. Don’t be led astray. (v. 9)

  • Be strengthened by grace.

  • Keep moving forward in your faith.

  • Remember what Christ did.

2. Don’t be conformed to the world. (vv. 10-14)

  • Be holy in Christ.

  • Be conformed to Christ.

  • Be disgraced for Christ.

3. Don’t be withholding your sacrifice. (vv. 15,16)

  • In power.

  • In word.

  • In deed.


Going Deeper
  1. Think of a time when you had to do something in a steadfast and unwavering way. Explain.

  2. Read 2 Timothy 3:16,17. What do these verses say about scripture and what it is good for?

  3. Read 1 Corinthians 15:56-58. What do these verses say about standing firm?

  4. Read Romans 12:1,2. What do these verses say about sacrifice and living for the world?

  5. What are some things you can do now to be more grounded in the Word, not cling to the things of this world, and offer sacrifices to God?

Continue to:

1. Love one another as family in Christ.

2. Treat Christians kindly who may have a different perspective than you.

3. Pray for those who are suffering for the Gospel.

4. Pray for those who are mistreated for the Name.

5. Put yourself in someone else’s shoes.

6. Honor marriage, be pure.

7. Don’t love money, be grateful and content.
