We unapologetically believe that:

1. The Holy Spirit is God. (Acts 5:3,4; 1Corinthians 3:16,17)

2. The Holy Spirit indwells us at conversion. (Ephesians 1:13)

When we live a surrendered life to the Holy Spirit…

3. We receive power for godly living. (Acts 1:8)

4. We produce fruit for God’s glory. (Galatians 5:22)

5. We are led in the truth. (John 16:12,13)

6. We grow in Christ – likeness. (1 Corinthians 3:17,18)


GOING DEEPER
  1. Remember a time when you felt the presence of God through his Spirit in your life? What happened?

  2. How have you received power to live the Christian life and do you feel you are using it?

  3. Read Gal.5:17. What is your greatest enemy to living a victorious Christian life

  4. Read Gal.2:20 and 2Co. 12:7-9. What is your greatest asset in living the Christian life?

  5. What might your life look like if you surrendered more to the Holy Spirit?

Read John 1:1-14; Philippians 2:6-11

GOING DEEPER

1. Remember a time when you questioned the deity and humanity of Christ. How did you resolve it?


2. Are there other doctrines or beliefs in Christianity that you don’t fully understand? What is/was your conclusion?


3. Read Luke 1:26-37. What other insights into Christ’s attributes may be gleaned from these passages?


4. Read Rev.19:11-21. What insights into Christ do we get from these passages?
