Galatians 5:13-26

Life in the Kingdom now looks like…


1. Being led by the Spirit, not grieving but surrendering to the Spirit.


2. And the results will be Christ like:

Love

Joy

Peace

Patience

Kindness

Goodness

Faithfulness

Gentleness

Self-Control


GOING DEEPER
  1. Remember a time when you made something or produced something you were really proud of. Explain.

  2. Read Roman 8:28,29. What do these verses say about God’s plan for us.

  3. What role do we play in this transformation towards Christ likeness?

  4. Which fruit of the Spirit do you struggle with the most? Which ones come more naturally?

  5. What are you doing to partner with God in producing fruit in your life?

Galatians 5:13-26

  1. We have been saved to live. (John 10:10)

  2. We have been released to live. (Matthew 6:33,34)

  3. We have been equipped to live. (Ephesians 1:13,14)

  4. We have been called to live. (Galatians 5:13)

  5. We have been instructed how to live. (Galatians 5:16-18)


GOING DEEPER
  1. Imagine living in a different country with different rules and customs. What would this be like?

  2. Read Matthew 6:25-34. Do you spend more time worrying about earthly things than seeking God and his Kingdom? Explain?

  3. Has God ever asked you to do something that He didn’t equip you to do? How has God equipped you to live in the Kingdom?

  4. Read Galatians 6:7-10. What further insight can we gain about living in the Kingdom from these verses?

  5. In what specific ways does your life look different because you are living in the kingdom now? In what ways do you want it to change?

  • A change of your will.
