Self-Defense Workshop

Ed Kehoe, Haven member and owner of Kehoe Martial Arts, leads this workshop, emphasizing common sense and awareness while introducing anatomy/plexus points, basic footwork, defensive moves and techniques. This is a great class for men and women alike and is well suited for all ages teen and up. Saturday, November 9, from 10:00-12:00 pm in Room 204 (Deltas).
