4K for Missions

Raise  money for Haven's missions-of-the-month by participating in our virtual  4K run/walk/rest event, capped off with a celebration campfire cookout  on November 7.

• Run or Walk 4K (about 2.5 miles). Anywhere. Any time.
• More of an armchair athlete? You can 'rest' and still support our missions, just register and join us at the celebration.
• Send us your "Finish-Line" selfie (post it on our Facebook page or email it to us.)
• Celebration campfire cookout in Haven's backyard on November 7 at 4:00 (singing, s'mores and  special prizes will be just a part of the fun!) Everyone is welcome!

Looking for some run/walk support as you get ready for your 4K? Join Chad Thompson to run Haven's trails on Wednesdays at 5:00, beginning on October 14; or meet Kathy Militzer near the water tower at Spring Valley Park on Mondays at 4:30, beginning October 12.
